Playing Cards

Today, one of my roommates who come from Korean suggested us to play card. All of us did not know how Canadian people play card, so we asked our host father. He taught us the easiest way of playing card. He explained the rules in detail. First, every person should pick seven cards. The first rule is if one person plays the 2, and it means next person should pick two cards. The second rule is if a person plays the J, then the next person misses a turn. The third rule is if a person plays number 2 with red hearts, and the next person should pick five cards. The last rule is if a person has a K, it means the change the order. The rules were very easy to understand. We opened the radio, and there were a lot of nice music from the radio. Tonight was very relaxed and fun. This was the first time I play card with my roommates, and also the first time I played cards use western rules. It was very interesting. I always play cards with my family, and we like play cards because there are lot of ways to play cards in China. In fact, I am not good at play cards, but my father and my mother are good players. I hope I could play cards again with my roommates.
